Wanting to Buy...

I woke up this morning and as I was laying in my bed trying to make rational thoughts, I thought about how fun it would be to get a Wii! So let's take a minute to break it down with the pros and cons:
Pros: It would be fun!

Cons:Initial $
$ required to buy new games and equipment
the time it would take to play games
another thing in my life that I could obsessively play

Ok, that's a quick list and it's already 3 to 1. Not good. So at this point in my life, I don't think I'll get one. However, I was really close to convincing myself to get a Wii!

I think there are certain times in our lives that we should not be allowed to spend money. Here's a list of what I can think of off the top of my head:
1. within a half an hour of sleeping for any length.
2. after consuming 3 or more drinks.
3. After losing game seven of the world series in MLB 09 the Show.
4. the two hours after losing a formal sporting competition.
5. the half a day after tripping on stage for chair placement in all state band (that happened to a friend of mine[Jeanette Clark].
6. the month after winning the lottery.
7. the two weeks after receiving a pay raise.
8. the ten minutes after watching an inspirational movie such as Rocky IV, Boondock Saints, or Hoosiers.

Not that any of those times are bad, but it just may lead to further impulse buys.

Coconut Crab

Have you ever heard of the coconut crab? I hadn't either today until I was procrastinating at work and I was stumbling on the internet again. Go here If you're too lazy. Here is a real picture of one:

I can't believe it! I also determined that I would have been genuinely terrified if I had come across one of these on my own. Just looking at the pictures gave me that weird feeling inside of you. I think it was actual fear! I don't know when the last time was that I actually felt real fear. A lot of times you get startled, spooked, or caught off guard. Not very often do you feel downright scared. So I would like to say thank you coconut crab. Thank you for letting me feel the emotion of scared.

Restarting the blog

I have decided to restart blogging. I owe this decision to my other decision to start up Stumbling around the internet. It's this toolbar that you add onto your browser and you decided which topics you would like to check. After you have checked your topics, all you need to do is hit the "stumble" button. It will take you to a random page on the internet having to do with your topics you chose. This was one of the pictures I came across:
